 PLEASE NOTE:

The functional parts of the Torch Cleaning Station usually work without any trouble under normal conditions and when serviced regularly. If you should have any problems with trouble shooting or if the measures are not successful, contact the manufacturer. Please follow the operating instructions of the overriding components, such as the robot or other installed tools.

In extreme cases, if compressed air does not clear any blockage, dis-assemble the unit as instructed in steps 1, 2 & 3 (see below). Follow the instructions in reverse to re-assemble.

Step  1

  • Disconnect the drain hose from the collection dish.

Step  2

  • Un-screw anti-clockwise the injector body from the injector and remove the collection dish.

Step  3

  • Using a 14mm spanner turn anti-clockwise to remove the injector from the venturi valve, check the injector for  a blockage and replace if necessary. Check the o-rings for damage and replace if necessary.
